The Edmonton Metropolitan Region Growth Plan provides a comprehensive and integrated policy framework for planning for growth tailored to the regional context. The Plan provides guidance on how to grow in a responsible manner through compact and contiguous development.


 
 

There are 26 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that show if the actions of EMRB member municipalities are achieving the desired outcomes of the Edmonton Metropolitan Region Growth Plan.

Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on changes in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region and the implementation of the Plan help us understand the effectiveness of the Plan and enable its success.
